Yummy—and a beautiful presentation.

Our desserts are like institutions our guests have come to know and love. Take the molten chocolate cake at Michael’s Santa Monica, for example, which people order again and again. When you have a chocolate craving, when your meal needs a rich, chocolaty finish, look no further than this perennial, hard-to-beat version of the popular warm, lava-like chocolate cake. Wild Bolivian chocolate provides it with the richest and purest chocolate flavor, and then we contrast that with incredible Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream. Final flourishes of a chocolate-and-raspberry sauce and fresh berries make the whole plate sing!
