Dinner fresh from the sea!

We’ve always prided ourselves on starting with the finest, freshest seasonal ingredients and cooking them simply, to perfection. And the Alaskan king salmon dish now being offered by Michael’s Santa Monica is a perfect example of this principle. A fillet of the fresh, sweet, flavorful fish is quickly cooked and served with creamy polenta flavored with garlic and chives, then accompanied by sauteed bitter greens and dressed with a warm horseradish vinaigrette. Every bite from the beautiful presentation simply sings with vivid flavor.
