Pork Chop time!

Summer tastes fresh and sweet and makes you grateful for the incredible bounty of food available.  We put it to good use in this incredible, mouth-watering special of our Snake River Korbuta Porkchop and Summer corn succotash.  We Pan Roast the pork chop for the best possible flavor and texture, juicy on the inside with a subtle, delectable crust on the outside.  The whole thing is finished with a pommery mustard sauce and, of course, fresh chives.  Dig in!
