Sometimes a delicious meal calls for a rich, creamy finish. When you desire such a dreamy conclusion to your meal at Michael’s Santa Monica, look no further than our absolutely classic Crême Brûlée. We’ve been perfecting our recipe and technique for more than 30 years, and it’s reflected in the understated elegance of this dessert. We serve it with a dollop of lightly sweetened whipped heavy cream and a few seasonal berries from Harry’s Berries. And the rest is history.
