Our fresh, seasonal, contemporary California cuisine at Michael’s Santa Monica sometimes pays homage to the old country. And what could be more classic, or more up-to-date, than the beloved Italian combination of melon and prosciutto. We feature sweet, ripe, juicy melon expertly selected from the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market, then cut it into wedges and drape them with paper-thin slices of prosciutto that we import from Italy. Add a sprinkle of fresh basil and mint and a delicate drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, and it’s ready for you to adore.
