Fish, its what's for dinner.

Fish just tastes right this time of the year, doesn’t it?  Something light, fresh and seasonal is what we are craving for dinner these days and this entree hits the spot.  A delightfully grilled fillet of Hawaiian Walu, with the most perfect grill marks in the history of grilling, is seasoned simply with Sea Salt and Pepper to bring out the mild flavor.  We serve it with a Summer Ratatouille which is essentially a collection of Summer’s bounty, fresh from the Farmers’ Market, cooked to perfection.
