Maine Lobster in a Lemongrass Broth

August 31, 2011

An intoxicating bowl!

Maine lobster bursting with flavor is the centerpiece of this delightful, Thai-inspired main dish from executive chef John-Carlos Kuramoto and the kitchen of Michael’s Santa Monica. In a pool of broth enticingly scented with fresh lemongrass, we place a mound of lobster fried rice, and then top it with generous chunks of fresh, sweet, succulent lobster meat. Pea tendrils and a generous scattering of Thai herbs complete the enthralling tastes and aromas of this fresh, seasonal take on the finest seafood.
