Start the meal of right!

The combination of flavors really sets this ahi tuna poke appetizer apart. The creation of new executive chef John-Carlos Kuramoto and the kitchen of Michael’s Santa Monica, it’s a divinely delicious, Hawaiian-style combination of the freshest ahi tuna fillet, apple, jalapeño, toasted pine nuts, micro cilantro, ginger, soy sauce, and chili oil. The result: a complex, layered, but never overpowering flavor. It tastes perfectly balanced and absolutely perfect atop our crisp crostini slices. Enjoy it as an appetizer on our dining patio or as a bar bite in our new cocktail lounge.
