White Asparagus

Summer bite!

White asparagus from Holland is one of Michael’s absolute favorite Seasonal indulgences. We’ve been importing it from Holland for the few weeks each year it’s available, as long as our restaurant has been in business, and our guests absolutely love it!  This year, we’ve smothered the gorgeous stalks of asparagus with a chardonnay cream sauce and Parma ham.  Fresh shelled green peas and delicate micro greens accent this salty, creamy, over-the-top deliciousness.  A generous grating of fresh parmesan and chives complete the dish.  Order now, the season is short!
