Scallops, lobster, and fresh lumps of crab meat strike a vibrant chord in this gorgeous seafood-filled risotto. The imported Italian rice yields the perfect risotto texture: tender-chewy, suspended in a creamy liquid that spreads luxuriously across the plate.
