Pappardelle with Lamb Shank Ragu

Robust and elegant, fresh and flavorful, all in a single serving!

Delicate sheets of homemade pasta mingle with the richest, most delicious lamb shank ragu that we’ve had simmering in our kitchen all day. The flavors are deep and complexly layered from the slow, gentle mingling of the thoughtful composition of ingredients. Fresh peas sweeten up the sauce, and so does a generous sprinkling of aromatic spring onions. Add a shower of freshly grated Parmesan just before serving, and you are in pure pasta heaven!
