Gourmet S’Mores!

Not your usual campfire fare!

These s’mores are a little different from the ones you’ve enjoyed around the fire as a child, even though those core elements and classic flavors are all here. Natalie Reyes, pastry chef at Michael’s New York, ups the ante, as we always love to do. And does it ever pay off! She begins the composition of this spectacular dessert with a dark-chocolate graham cracker cookie and a fired-up vanilla bean marshmallow, perfectly seared to almost melting. Toasted marshmallow ice cream and chocolate sorbet cool the palate. It’s a must-try after lunch or dinner!
