Hawaiian Prawns at Michael’s Santa Monica

These prawns are luscious and huge! Straight from Hawaii to the kitchen of Michael’s Santa Monica, they have that flavor you can only get from the Big Island. We serve them with even more delicious seafood, in the form of a bed of our Meyer lemon-infused risotto packed with scallops, lobster, and crab meat, then top it all with salmon caviar. It’s a celebration of all things from the sea, perfectly highlighted by the delicious fresh seasonal flavor of Meyer lemon.
