An unexpected combination that definitely works!

The tender delicacy of homemade pasta just blows our minds! Its divine texture and flavor are a world apart from those of dried noodles you get from a box. We fill these gorgeous pillows of handmade pasta from the kitchen of Michael’s New York with a mixture of fresh Ricotta and edamame that is delightfully creamy and savory. Chorizo adds some spicy meatiness, and our ever-silky Chardonnay buerre blanc enrobes the whole thing in the most divine flavor. You will surely want to order this appetizer again and again.
