Maine Lobster Salad

When we do a lobster salad, we really want you to enjoy the succulent texture and sweet flavor of the finest, freshest lobster, so it’s all about highlighting those gorgeous qualities. Surrounding the beautiful lobster meat in this creation from the kitchen of Michael’s New York are Hass avocado quarters, grapefruit segments, and baby beets, all of which serve to showcase the seafood at its best. We dress the salad with a delicate vinaigrette, garnish with chives, and finish the whole thing with an indulgent dollop of sour cream. It’s a salad you’ll be enjoying all the way through summer!
