Grilled Romaine Caesar

Just a hint of charring yields the richest flavor possible.

This is not that same Caesar you’ve been eating for years. We up the edginess by giving the romaine heart a quick char on our grill. The resulting salad gains an exciting new dimension with its richer, subtly smoky flavor. Herbed brioche croutons made from our freshly braked brioche, freshly grated Parmesan, and our beloved banyuls-Caesar dressing make this salad the perfect lunch order or a great start for dinner. All hail Caesar!
