This salad special from the kitchen of Michael’s New York tastes so fresh and delicious—a perfect combination of flavors for springtime. It’s packed with perfectly cooked Hawaiian prawns, slices of avocado, golden beets, grapefruit segments, ice radishes, mâche—and, of course, a sprinkling of chopped fresh chives. Light and fresh, it will make a most enjoyable lunch main dish or dinnertime starter. Thank you, executive chef Kyung Up Lim!
