An absolutely stunning presentation from executive chef Kyung Up Lim.

This dish is a must-try for meat-lovers. We pan-sear the tender, juicy filet mignon as you like it, and then place a softly fried organic egg right on top—an extra-indulgent touch. California avocado slices mingle with roasted young carrots in the delightfully rustic and earthy salad that accompanies this gorgeous piece of meat, and a light bordelaise sauce unites all the flavors. In a final touch of luxury, we shave black truffle over the dish just before serving, adding its intoxicatingly aromatic flavor.
