It's an edible still-life in seafood!

Thank you, Executive Chef Kyung Up Lim! Gorgeous specials like this one have us veering from our tried-and-true favorites whenever we are lucky enough to sit down for a lovely dinner at Michael’s New York. The Hawaiian blue prawns are absolutely fresh—succulent, flavorful, and tender. Served with steamed honey mussels and enrobed in a caviar beurre blanc, the superb seafood presentation is utterly satisfying and downright decadent. Garnishes of diced red bell pepper, spring onion, and Michael’s favorite fresh chives add final hits of bright color and aromatic delight. Enjoy!
