We reinvent our Petaluma Jidori chicken breast fresh for every season. Our guests love coming in to rediscover a chicken dinner that is at once comfortingly familiar, mind-blowingly delicious, and a million miles away from ordinary. This winter, the kitchen at Michael’s Santa Monica has delivered the goods once again with a juicy, flavorful presentation. We serve the chicken breast with Swiss chard, baby turnips, and insanely crunchy, crispy matchstick potatoes. The beautiful composition is surrounded by a tarragon jus that will have you sopping up every last drop.
