Bright colors make us happy!

Baby lettuces topped with the bounty of the farmers’ market make this salad light, fresh, and delicious. Colorful ultra-thin slices of candy-striped beets and ice radishes join sweet heirloom cherry tomatoes and haricots verts to complement the delicate greens. We garnish with chives and Thai basil and dress the salad in a light lemon vinaigrette. It’s the ideal light starter or accompaniment to any of our main dishes, and a simply perfect example of Michael’s dedication to bringing you the freshest seasonal and local produce.
