Lamb with Greek Flavors

Wow! When this main dish arrived at our table at Michael’s Santa Monica we were blown away. It’s an absolutely gorgeous and over-the-top presentation of our beautiful Colorado lamb rack.  The perfectly cooked meat, so tender and flavorful (especially when drizzled with our lamb jus), is heightened by gorgeous Greek flavors. Accompaniments of almond-and-dried-apricot couscous, roasted cauliflower (if you’ve never tried this vegetable roasted, you’ll be amazed how great it tastes), and mint yogurt add up to a dish you won’t soon forget.
