Buratta Cheese and Persimmon Salad

How gorgeous is this Winter's interpretation.

Persimmon is one of Winter’s jewels and we have found the most perfect way to serve it you!  We combine the sweet persimmon with creamy Burrata from Murray’s Cheese Shop (our incredible cheese purveyors, the absolute best cheese the city has to offer) and salty Jamon Iberico.  We drizzle our cold-pressed Italian Olive Oil and our aged Balsamic Vinegar and garnish with a few arugula leaves and pomegranate seed.  A gentle sprinkle of Sea Salt brings the whole dish together.
