Most Comforting Award: Milk-Fed Veal Chop

One of the more beautiful dinners we've had the pleasure of eating.

This is the kind of Winter eating that you can really sink your teeth into.  Our Milk-Fed Veal Chop is so tender and flavorful that it will leave you satisfied.  When eaten alongside our Brown-Butter Potato Puree and sautéed Maitake Mushrooms the earthiness and rich flavor is taken to the next level.  And we don’t stop there, perfectly crisped Pancetta adds a hit of crunchy, salty deliciousness.  The whole thing is doused with Pan Jus and garnished with these beautiful little micro green.
