Check Out the Sear on These Scallops

Scallops and bacon are a time-tested duo that we love. So we had to take the combo to the next level with this special from the kitchen of Michael’s New York. We start with perfectly seared Maine sea scallops and present them on a bed of fresh, piping-hot watercress risotto. Then, we pan-sear bacon lardons until they are both tender and a little bit crunchy, and scatter them across the plate.  Take a bite of scallop with a little fresh and bright risotto and a piece of the smokey-sweet bacon and you won’t believe the synergy of flavors in your mouth. It’s sinfully delicious!
