Chicken and Fries!

There's spinach on this plate, too—hiding behind the chicken.

We want to make our guests happy, and dishes like this one keep them coming back again and again. Our classic plate of roasted Murray’s free-range chicken, pommes frites, and sautéed spinach has got to be one of the most perfect, simple meals imaginable. It’s so satisfying, comforting, and absolutely delicious. We drizzle the chicken with a delectable tarragon-scented jus and then garnish with fresh chives and tarragon leaves. And just look at those French fries. Piping hot, crunchy, salty (and, if you want to be totally decadent, dipped in the jus), they are heavenly!
