We Had a Cocktail Party!

We hosted a little cocktail party for our friends at the The Franklin in Philly, a fabulous new restaurant with some of the most creative and delicious drinks (check out the cocktail menu here). We served our classic Michael’s appetizers and bartenders from The Franklin made the drinks. And everyone had a great time!

The spread of seafood-centered appetizers was impossible to resist.

Michael's knows how to create a perfect combo of house-cured gravlax, freshly baked brioche, and our mustard-dill sauce.

Our mini lobster rolls were stuffed with tender, flavorful meat—and loads of it!

Looks delicious, doesn’t it? Then why not throw your own party at Michael’s, whether you’re in the greater New York area or L.A. Choose from our hors-d’oeuvres menu and we’ll let the drinks flow.
