Here’s a perfect example of cold-weather flavors at their best. Our pan-roasted pork chop, which Michael’s New York prepares with the finest American-raised Kurobuta pork from Snake River Farms in Boise, Idaho, is so flavorful and juicy. We serve it with house-made ricotta gnocchi (people can’t get enough of these tender little morsels), and the combination is divine. But that’s not all. We add porcini mushrooms and the most delightfully savory mustard sauce. You’ll want to keep coming back while this dish is on the menu!

Perfect ricotta pillows surround the chop.
