Moist, tender, and flaky, with golden, crispy skin: signs of perfectly cooked fish.

This fish is so fresh, so mild, and so delicious that we know you will love it. Who doesn’t adore a beautiful piece of the finest codfish? We pan-sear the fresh fillet skin side down, so the skin shields the flesh during cooking. The result: deliciously crispy skin and moist, tender, mild, sweet fish. We serve the expertly cooked fillet with fantastic, crispy little bites of roasted squash and ricotta, then finish off the whole presentation with an incredible Meyer lemon butter that Michael’s New York’s executive chef Kyung Up Lim prepares fresh each and every night. The butter provides richness and a hit of the prized tangy-sweet citrus juice counterpoints it to perfection. It’s fresh seasonal seafood heaven!
