Roasted Wild Mushrooms Nestled in a Bed of Butter Lettuce

The perfect Fall salad.

This salad is as gorgeous on the taste buds as it is to take in with the eyes.  It’s the Winter flavors we are craving right now and it makes the perfect starter before indulging in one of our incredible entrees.  We start with a beautiful bed of fresh, farmers’ market butter lettuce (a Michael’s favorite).  Nestled into the bed, goes a generous heaping of perfectly roasted, unbelievably flavorful Wild Mushrooms and delicately toasted pine nuts.  We finish the whole thing with a drizzle of our Warm Sherry Vinaigrette and we have to say, the flavors come together perfectly.
