The Colorado rack of lamb we get from Superior Farms is such an incredible product, one we are so pleased to be offering to you in this incredible autumn incarnation from the kitchen of Michael’s Santa Monica. Served on a luscious puddle of creamy polenta and accompanied by perfectly roasted baby root vegetables, this dish is hearty without being too heavy. The flavors are refined and the textures play off each other delightfully.  We finish the dish with an unexpected but pleasing horseradish crème fraîche, that will have you licking up every last drop.
