We love steak, and so do our beloved patrons. Each season, we tweak the presentation of our always-available signature 28-Day Dry-Aged DeBragga and Spitler Prime NY Steak, to represent the time of year—a recognition of the simple fact that this sensational piece of beef has become a Michael’s New York institution, something that people come back for again and again. As autumn heads towards winter, we are all about potatoes and mushrooms and seasonal greens, so we serve our perfectly cooked steak with a super-creamy potato puree, tender porcini, and robust Brussels sprouts. Everything is surrounded by a dreamy sauce Bordelaise that ties the dish together.

The DeBragga truck arrives at 55th Street.
