This incredible special from the kitchen of Michael’s New York delights all the senses. In the beautiful appetizer, perfectly seared yellowfin tuna—browned on the surface, deep rosy pink within—is artfully arranged with a delightful harmony of accoutrements. Stewed tomatoes and fresh corn add sweetness. Olives contribute briny tang. Chanterelles bring a touch of earthiness. Squash blossoms and garnishes of basil and chervil bestow finishing touches of freshness. You’ve never tasted anything like it—and we just know you’re going to love it!
