Sophisticated starter.

From the creative minds in the kitchen of Michael’s New York, comes this brand new smoked salmon mousse served with homemade poppy-seed croutons made from our freshly baked brioche.  It’s dotted with sea urchin roe and the most delightful avocado crème fraîche.  We garnish the combo with mache (Michael’s favorite green), tons of fresh chives (Michael’s favorite garnish), and delicate celery slices for the perfect hit of juicy crunch. It’s unexpected and absolutely delicious!
