Dayboat Scallops from Maine

Fresh, bright, and absolutely delicious.

Fall food doesn’t have to be heavy! It can be light and fresh and still completely in step with the season. Our seared Maine Dayboat scallops fit the bill in exactly that way; they’re satisfying without being too heavy. Butternut squash risotto provides the perfect setting for the scallops, and our incredibly fresh piquillo pepper relish gives the dish a hit of sharpness that makes every bite taste bright and fresh. We garnish the plate with mache and, of course, a ton of chives. Finish every bite and you’ll still have room for dessert!
