Figs and Burrata Taste So Good with Serrano Ham!

Look at those three luscious mounds of fresh, creamy cheese.

People just go crazy for certain dishes, and our combination of fresh figs, burrata, and Spanish jamón Serrano is just such a creation. Simple and elegant, it’s all about the ingredients. They come together into a beautiful symphony of flavors greater than the sum of its parts. Perfect, fresh, ultra-creamy burrata (a combo of fresh mozzarella and cream) is the star.  It’s accompanied by the finest Serrano ham, plump California figs, extra-virgin olive oil imported from Italy, and our aged balsamic vinegar. Garnished with a few tart, ruby-red pomegranate seeds and a delicate sprinkling of wild arugula, this dish is at once rustic and refined. It’s an ideal way to start a meal this season, something everyone at the table will be vying to try. Happy eating!
