Swimming in a beautiful, still pool of intensely flavored lobster broth is the most perfectly cooked fillet of striped bass from Virginia.  To take this already delicious preparation to the next level, the kitchen team at Michael’s New York stacks a beautiful Hawaiian red prawn on top of the fish and a naturally sweet mound of spaghetti squash strands below.
