Wild mushroom ravioli: Doesn’t that sound like the perfect autumn dish? Our version at Michael’s New York is all about elegance—a refined combination of intense filling, delicate pasta, creamy sauce, and ideal garnishes.  The tender little fresh pasta packets are plump with an earthy, concentrated filling of wild mushrooms. Surrounding the ravioli, a mascarpone brown butter sauce begs to be sopped up with your dinner roll. Toasted pine nuts and wispy little spriglets of cress add extra hints of bright color, texture, and flavor.
