Crawdad Crepes: Have Something Exciting for Dinner!

Completely unexpected!

Fresh, warm, delicate crepes filled with Louisiana crawdad meat is probably not a dish you’d been fantasizing about. But why not?  Once again, we push the limits to bring you delicious, exciting food with this seasonal special. We season the tender, sweet meat of the crawdads (that’s just Louisiana lingo for freshwater crayfish) with fines herbes and sea salt and garnish the filled crepes with Michael’s-sized dollops of American caviar. Delicate tendrils of spaghetti squash provide warm, sweet counterpoints to the delicious little filled pancakes. So come on down and try this awesome dish. It won’t be around forever, and it’s absolutely spectacular.
