Sometimes nothing but fresh salmon will do, and right now we’re getting in great fresh sockeye salmon from Alaska. This special will satisfy anyone’s craving for the flavorful seafood. We perfectly pan-sear a fillet and serve it with heirloom tomatoes, carrots, squash blossoms, and the most delightfully cooling cucumber-yogurt sauce. It’s a fresh, light dinner main dish that will definitely give you license to order dessert. Enjoy!
