Amuse-bouche, French for “delight the mouth,” describes any perfect little bite of food served to guests at the start of a meal to get those taste buds excited and the juices flowing. Our miso-glazed yellowfin tuna does just that, with its garnish of fresh tomato, cucumber and sesame relish (and don’t forget those fresh chives!), all artfully presented on the tines of a fork, ready for savoring. What it may lack in size, this bite makes up for in bold, savory, fresh flavor—plus a little sweetness from the caramelized miso. Let the meal begin!
