Duck: It’s What’s for Dinner!

Sometimes you don’t want the same old dinnertime standby. You want something new and exciting! Something that not only tempts your palate but also makes you want to lick the plate clean. If that’s your case, have we got a dinner main dish for you. We take Liberty Farm’s Duck Breast, sear it perfectly, and serve it alongside a Yukon Gold potato puree. And then we heighten the seasonal flavors and colors by adding a grilled nectarine half and a salad of frisée and pancetta, and finish the plate with generous spoonfuls of duck jus. The combination is absolutely, unexpectedly delicious, bright and summery! Definitely not your ordinary dinner.
