This fresh, light appetizer preps the palate perfectly for a fabulous dinner at Michael’s. We start with the highest quality of hamachi (yellowtail), perfectly sliced to showcase its incredible texture. Pickled jalapeño (such an interesting flavor!), salmon caviar, and diced yuzu (a Japanese citrus fruit resembling very tangy tangerine) complement the fish, and tiny radish sticks and micro greens add delightful bite to this beautiful appetizer.
