Snake River Korabuta Pork Chop

Look at those lovely, grilled scallions crossed over the potatoes.

We love chops and we especially love these Snake River Korabuta pork chops that Kyung and the team have created for us.  These ridiculously tender chops are grilled under the watchful eye of our Chefs to ensure they come out absolutely perfect, every time.  They are served with a dreamy, creamy Wild mushroom risotto and perfectly cooked, heirloom red and yellow beets.  The chops rest in a roasted tomato jus, seasoned by a tangy romanesco.  The chops are garnished with grilled baby scallions, chives and fresh thyme, perfectly highlighting the delicous pork chop flavor.
