Crispy Duck Confit for Lunch

Not your average lunch!

We have such an incredible clientele for our lunch service, beloved regulars who come to have a delicious meal during their workdays. And we like to treat them right!  This lunch special, crispy duck confit served on a bed of farro swimming in the savory duck jus, is the kind of out-of-the-ordinary option we love to serve. What makes it so special is the incredibly full-flavored, juicy duck meat, which we accompany with heirloom carrots and delicate greens including mache and watercress. The overall effect is satisfyingly rich and savory, yet also light and surprisingly refreshing. No wonder our regulars are eating it up.
