Heirloom Tomatoes and Feta

Looks and tastes just like summer should.

Simple and perfect, with big flavors: That sums up summer eating, the Michael’s way. We use beautiful heirloom beefsteak tomatoes, feta cheese, Japanese cucumber, and arugula leaves to create a perfect balance of flavors,  textures, and colors. Then, we drizzle the incredibly fresh salad with our 25-year-aged balsamic vinegar and our extra-virgin olive oil, plus a sprinkle of sea salt and freshly ground pepper. And there you have it: our favorite summer salad.
