We love to celebrate summer with bright, fresh seasonal flavors. These beautiful diver-harvested Maine sea scallops are perfectly pan-seared to give them a lovely golden crust and tender, juicy interiors. We combine them with corn orzo, cherry tomatoes, preserved lemon, and mache leaves to make an incredibly fresh, satisfying seasonal presentation.
