A perfect terracotta planter brimming over with mache.

Michael loves mache. Also known by such English names as lamb’s lettuce or corn salad, the small, smooth, rounded leaves have the most delicate, light flavor and tender texture.  We love serving mache with our vinaigrette dressings such as Sparkling Champagne Vinaigrette and our house White Wine-Dijon Vinaigrette. At this time of year, look for mache among the hand-picked lettuces in our salads, paired with seasonal essentials like English peas, fava beans, and farm-fresh eggs.
