Michael’s New York head chef Kyung Up Lim loves to make our food look as beautiful as it tastes delicious. He and his kitchen staff make sure that every plate is artfully and thoughtfully composed to create the perfect sensory experience.

In one of his latest creations, Kyung takes the classic flavors of perfectly cooked springtime English peas. pearl onions, and cubes of parsnip to accompany crisply sautéed, ultra-tender sweetbreads. A barbecue jus, with its luscious, silky dimension of savory bite, adds an extra element of surprise. We know you’ll love it! (We sure did!)
