We are passionate about breakfast at Michael’s New York because so many of our guests rely on us to get their days started right, not only with great food but also with a setting so conducive to morning activities from reading the paper to having a business meeting.

We are proud to offer our eggs Florentine morning special, which takes classic breakfast ingredients and elevates them to creative and delicious perfection. Two expertly poached eggs are placed atop beautiful mounds of freshly cooked spinach, each resting on a freshly toasted half of one of Michael’s all-time favorite Bays English muffins. Delicate dollops of our superbly rich, lemony Hollandaise and a sprinkle of chopped fresh chives complete a breakfast dish far beyond the ordinary. Fresh seasonal fruit and a wedge of our famous, crispy, chewy, salty, delicious hash browns accompany the most perfectly cooked eggs Florentine you’ll ever try.
